A new business centre “Arena” will be finished soon in Mogiliov which is the third largest city in Belorus. The first project by the team of 4 Plius architects in this city – a private house – was very well received by the local community and business circles, therefore, architects from Lithuania were invited to take on a new project that is a commercial centre in the city centre.
Architectural decision of this administrative – commercial centre with the dominant vertical volume was dictated by the unconventional space it is to be situated: low-rise buildings from one side and the city stadium from the other. There will be administrative spaces based in the upper storeys of the building and a shopping area on the ground floor. A new public space is formed inside the business centre.
